Free Pentecostal Fellowship in Kenya (FPFK) Strategic plan 2023 - 2027 describes a clear and compelling picture for the organization in the next five years. FPFK remains committed to meeting the needs of the society holistically based on Christian values. Realizing this vision means overcoming huge and complex challenges in an ever-more dynamic sector. There is so much at stake and we cannot afford to sit back and assume business as usual.
This plan is a synergistic product of many minds meant to challenge our thinking and operations, it is realistic and builds on approaches that seek to protect and offer opportunity to any vulnerable communities towards realising their full potential. The strategic plan outlines the strategies that FPFK will undertake to ensure to enhance spiritual, economic and social wellbeing of vulnerable people and those in conflict situation based on Christian values. The plan is anchored on four (4) pillars through which we will ensure holistic development of the people. We remain committed to our vision and therefore confident of making significant progress towards this ambition over the strategic plan period.
Our sincere appreciation to all those who supported and contributed to the formulation of this plan; your input was valuable in informing the development of this plan. We appreciate the staff in accepting the feedback and recommendations for change. The board of directors has been patient and has continually given the management team support, inspiration, while urging them to bring momentous task to conclusion. We thank them for giving their collective input to the process and the development the plan. We cannot forget to appreciate our esteemed partners and collaborators who continue to subscribe to this vision, for their continued moral, financial and material support. We look forward to our continued vibrant partnership as we work to delivering the goals contained herein as we uphold our mission, which is to preach the word of God to all Nations in preparation for the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ through church planting and evangelism to meet the spiritual, economic and social needs of the people based on Christian values.
