This past Saturday, 27th September 2025, a historic milestone was marked at FPFK Mpeketoni with the election of the first Regional Council for the newly created North Coast Region, carved out of the larger Coast Region.

The elections were presided over by National Board Members, Madam Alice Omondi and Madam Christine Auma, and graced by:
