FPFK MUHORONI PEACE RESILIENCE PROGRAM
Program/Project Team
The Kilgoris and Muhoroni peace programs is headed by Program Officer who is responsible for technical lead for the peace interventions. His roles include designing the interventions, following up of the projects in this thematic field and reporting them back to the Head of Programs. The Project has 5 fulltime Program Field Officers (PFOs). 3 are based in Kilgoris and 2 are based in Muhoroni. The PFO are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of program activities, follow up on financial routines, reporting and networking. The PFOs work closely with the 9 -advisory committee members 4 selected from muhoroni and 5 from kilgoris target communities and the church to enhance downward accountability. Among the project team are also the 17 Project Volunteers (8 from Muhoroni and 9 from Kilgoris) whose primary roles include, mobilizing participants to attend activities, assist the PFOs in facilitating some activities, follow up the groups and report on observed results, they will also liaise with government and other partners in their respective areas and inform the staff accordingly.
